I love PBS. Saturday afternoon’s programming lineup consists of a bunch of great cooking shows, including America’s Test Kitchen, Everyday Food, and Cook’s County. They seem to mix the line up with other shows with Chef Ming Tsai or Chef Rick Bayless. I love watching these shows for the tips, tricks, and some of the adventures they go on!
Chef Rick Bayless, who’s visits Mexico on his shows and then shows you how to do Mexican dishes, will be making 2 appearances in Los Angeles this week. If you enjoy his show, his cook books, or his recipes, you may want to check out these events. Rick Bayless will be at Macy’s to share his culinary secrets and recipes and share samples with the audience. He will also be available to sign copies of his cookbook Fiesta at Rick’s.
Admission to each event is $5 and proceeds will benefit local food banks. In Pasadena, proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. In Costa Mesa, proceeds will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
