happy new year!

It’s the last day of the year already?! And look at San Diego, having *REAL* winter weather. Awww!

I didn’t prep a real post today since I’m on mini vacation from work, so here’s a super cute photo of Maya ready for New Year’s Eve.

I picked up these rad glasses at the Dollar Tree yesterday and decided Maya needed to model them. Doesn’t she look thrilled?

After a few model shots, she dumped them right off her head.

“No more, please.”

We’re ready for a rockin’ night! And by “rockin’ night” I mean, I’m going to make a bunch of appetizers and Jake, T and I will sit on the couch, watch movies, and snack. Hope you have an equally exciting and safe New Year’s. Thanks for tagging along this year! Here’s to 2015!

    1. Thanks, Lauren! I’m lucky she sat still for my photo session haha. 🙂 I love just doing appetizers for New Year’s. You get little bits to munch on for awhile!

  1. Happy belated new year! I LOVE the champagne glasses on Maya. Is it bad that I have the beer glasses 🙁 I’ve never been to the Dollar Tree – do they have more stuff than the 99c store or Daiso?

    1. Hi Faye – Happy belated new year to you as well! Nah, beer glasses are totally acceptable. Even if you don’t drink that much beer. haha. Dollar Tree is really similar to the 99 cent store but with more regular stuff. There aren’t a lot of groceries in there and it’s kind of a mish mash of stuff. I went there because we don’t have a 99 cent store in Mira Mesa and I didn’t feel like sitting in the traffic to get to Big Lots that day, haha. Diaso has more stuff than Dollar Tree in my opinion.
