Seriously. Why isn’t it Friday yet? I went to bed too late last night and had to get one of these this morning:
Iced coffee with milk. The Starbucks version is not anywhere near as good as the ones I like to get from Cali Baguette, but they don’t open early enough for me to get one of those. For some reason, I can drink iced coffee again but still no hot coffee. My stomach is has a mind of it’s own.
After Jake’s softball game last night (they won 15-6! Wooooo!) we went to the Riviera Supper Club for late night happy hour. This is one of the items we got: bacon freaking popcorn!@#!! I’ll write about that one soon. Promise.

Yeah it’s been a sluggish day for me today too. I just finished my Starbucks ice coffee (boo – hey, btw, you know they have free ice coffee refills at Starbucks? It’s usually only .50c but it’s free if you have the gold card). Are you talking about the Vietnamese Ice Coffee at Cali in Mira Mesa? If you are, it’s SO hard to beat a creamy Vietnamese condensed milk iced coffee!! That trumps ANY cold coffee drink, ANY day 🙂
Hi Faye – I did not know that! The iced coffee ended up hurting me so I only drank half. Something about their coffee does not sit well with me! Yes, I was talking about the Iced Milk Coffee at Cali Baguette – that is my FAVORITE. Jake thinks it’s so strong (I mean, okay, it is) but I love it so much! 🙂
