Mandarin Chinese in Chula Vista is one of my favorite Chinese spots around town. I’ve reviewed it previously and recently went again and wrote about it for Travelin Local.

Yes, Mandarin’s wings are THE BEST! We always order it for parties. If you like the wings, they also have the fried fish version! (Fried fish chunks)
Hi CC – The first time I ever had the wings was at a birthday party in Chula Vista – that’s how I found out about them! I’ve tried them at the other two places in National City and these are still my favorite. Also better than the ones at their sister restaurant next to the 805!
