feliz cinco de mayo!

I don’t really celebrate Cinco de Mayo, but it always seems like a big deal around here. Or at least, to the local restaurants. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I present to you a delicious looking collage of a typical Mexican food you will get at most (if not all) sit down Mexican restaurants. Happy Cinco de Mayo! Don’t get too drunk now, kids.

By request, here’s a list of where all of these chips are from.

Left to Right (from the top, clockwise): Maria Maria, El MagueyCotixan Mexican Food, Hiberto’sJimmy’s Famous American TavernGringo’s, Murrieta’s and Lucha Libre

  1. Beautifully done! Is there anyway you can tell us where each of those chips/salsa came from? I only recognize Gringo’s and Maria Maria.

Where is your fave place that serves the best chips and salsa?

I don’t really do much to celebrate Cinco de Mayo either but I’d so find a reason to just for fresh hot chips and cold salsa 🙂
