I don’t really celebrate Cinco de Mayo, but it always seems like a big deal around here. Or at least, to the local restaurants. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I present to you a delicious looking collage of a typical Mexican food you will get at most (if not all) sit down Mexican restaurants. Happy Cinco de Mayo! Don’t get too drunk now, kids.
By request, here’s a list of where all of these chips are from.
Left to Right (from the top, clockwise): Maria Maria, El Maguey, Cotixan Mexican Food, Hiberto’s, Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern, Gringo’s, Murrieta’s and Lucha Libre
Beautifully done! Is there anyway you can tell us where each of those chips/salsa came from? I only recognize Gringo’s and Maria Maria.
Where is your fave place that serves the best chips and salsa?
I don’t really do much to celebrate Cinco de Mayo either but I’d so find a reason to just for fresh hot chips and cold salsa 🙂
